Corrective exercise is designed to bring the
body back to its optimal or natural balance. When
the body is in alignment the body works without
restriction allowing you to move freely without
pain and in a way that allows you to perform at
your best.
Corrective exercise can be of benefit for anybody,
especially for post surgery or therapy. Corrective
exercise will help the body recover and reduce
the likelihood of further injuries.

To have a reassessment, Programme progression
to next phase of conditioning you will need
to book another 12 week programme.
