Pain relief Rehabilitation - Base conditioning

Are you affected by:

  • Shoulder or neck pain?
  • Knee pain?
  • or any other musculoskeletal pains in the body?

How would you feel...

  • If you were to put a stop to reoccurring injuries?

  • to move without any pain, in a way that allows you to be strong and stable decreasing the likelyhood of injury?

Corrective exercise is designed to bring the body back to its optimal or natural balance. When the body is in alignment the body works without restriction allowing you to move freely without pain and in a way that allows you to perform at your best.
Corrective exercise can be of benefit for anybody, especially for post surgery or therapy. Corrective exercise will help the body recover and reduce the likelihood of further injuries.

Phase 1, based over a 12 week period

Physical Assessment 2-4 hours (depends on individual needs)
Assessment Evaluation & Programme Design

* Phase 1 Base programme and exercise coaching

minimum 1 hour

* Phase 2 Programme and exercise coaching

minimum 1 hour

To have a reassessment, Programme progression to next phase of conditioning you will need to book another 12 week programme.

It is also recommended that to optimise your rehabilitation that you eat accordingly to promote the healing of your body. View the weight loss page.
