Been training at the gym following the same routine
day after day wondering why after 5 years of running
on the treadmill your body shape is still the same?
Pushing the same reps of the same weight for the last
6 months and just can’t pass the plateau? Or just
bored with the same static exercise routine?
Plateau Breaker is about bringing structure to your
programme design. To take you to next level we will
identify what main areas of fitness (E.g. strength,
power, speed, stability, flexibility, endurance, enhance
muscle definition, boost muscle mass, decrease body
fat, etc.) that you would like to improve. I will structure
a programme over a 3- 12 month period or longer depending
on your requirements. This will be dominant in the areas
that you desire more development in.
This process will be of benefit to anybody that does
fitness training. You have made the conscious decision
to look after yourself. You are prepared to spend your
valuable time training. Maximise your time during your
training by planning to be successful and develop the
physical attributes that you want.

Sports or Event Specific

If you are training is sports specific or for a one
of event. It is all in the planning of your training.
Assessing your current fitness levels and setting goals.
You need to progressively plan your training to ensure
you are at the right levels of fitness for that specific
date or maintain your fitness levels throughout the
season.
